This policy is intended to serve as the public privacy policy for the Life Dashboard application and related product surfaces where connected financial data may be used.

What we collect

• Connection data from supported providers when you authorize those connections.
• Technical and operational information needed to run, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

• Operate, secure, and improve Life Dashboard.
• Render deterministic scores, trends, and product features you request.
• Support connected-source syncing, troubleshooting, and account management.
• Provide limited AI-assisted features when the user invokes them and applicable consent settings allow it.
• Comply with law, enforce terms, and protect the service and its users.

Consent and user authorization

Life Dashboard is designed around user-controlled inputs and optional connections. Users choose what to enter manually, what services to connect, and whether to authorize any third-party connection flow. We rely on that user action as the basis for collecting, processing, and storing the information needed to provide the requested product functionality.

• Connections are optional and are not required to create an account.
• Users can disconnect supported sources when they no longer want data to sync.
• Where a provider presents its own authorization or consent flow, that provider's flow also governs the connection.

Financial data posture

When users connect financial accounts, Life Dashboard uses that information for read-only account and transaction visibility, budgeting context, summaries, and related dashboard features. The product is not designed to move money, initiate payments, originate loans, or act as a broker or financial institution.

Financial connection data is used to present information back to the user inside the user's own account. It is intended for personal finance tracking and decision support, not for payments, underwriting, brokerage, or generalized commercial resale.

Privacy posture

Life Dashboard is built as a paid product, not an advertising product. We do not sell personal data. We do not train general AI models on user data. Connected fitness and activity data are not used for AI or machine-learning model training. Users control what they connect, and connections can be disconnected.

AI usage and controls

Some features use AI to reduce friction in narrow user-invoked flows. The product is designed so core scoring remains deterministic rather than AI-generated. Connected fitness and activity data are intended for account-level display, synchronization, trend visibility, and deterministic scoring, not AI model training.

Connections and service providers

Life Dashboard may work with providers that support health, fitness, financial, calendar, or email connections, along with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, and limited AI services. These providers process information on our behalf so the product can function, subject to user controls and provider-specific restrictions.

Depending on the feature used, these providers may include authentication vendors, hosting and infrastructure vendors, database providers, financial-data connection providers, and limited AI vendors used for narrow, user-invoked product functions.

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers, professional advisors, or legal authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect users, comply with law, or complete a corporate transaction. We do not share personal data for targeted advertising sales.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Users may request account deletion. Eligible account deletion requests are processed subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements.

• We keep account and product data while an account remains active or as otherwise needed to operate the service.
• We review deletion requests and retention needs in light of contractual, legal, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.
• When supported by the provider, connected sources can be revoked or disconnected separately from full account deletion.

User controls

• Connections are optional and may be disconnected.
• Users may choose to use manual logging instead of a connected source.
• Users may contact us with privacy questions or deletion requests.
• Users may request account deletion or ask that connected-source data access be discontinued, subject to provider and legal constraints.

Security

We use technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security, but protecting sensitive user data is a core product requirement for Life Dashboard.

• Data is intended to be protected in transit using modern transport encryption such as TLS.
• We use access controls designed to limit access to production systems and sensitive data.
• We use infrastructure and service providers that support encryption and operational security controls appropriate for hosted software products.

Children

Life Dashboard is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly offer the service to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy over time. When we do, the updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
